One from the archives. I saw this while driving past the end of the street and had to turn the car around in order to get the capture. This was taken about 1.00 pm despite the exif data saying otherwise - mainly because I forgot to reset the camera clock when I arrived in the US.

I live at a point on the river where it meets the sea and as a result there are tidal mudflats which are exposed at low tide and are covered by high tide. Unusually low cloud over the city produced this interesting skyline. I'm going to have to work some more on this image as the original file looks much sharper.

A capture which encapsulates one of the major food groups found in the southern USA. Fried foods are everywhere, but I had never seen fried pie before so just had to get this shot. There is just a crop on this one.
